3. Eligibility
You may apply for a loan if you meet our minimum requirements (which may change from time to time), including:
- Being a South African resident with a valid South African ID number.
- Having a valid bank account in your name.
- Having income (e.g., employment or regular earnings) and an expected salary date.
- Providing required documents such as 3 months bank statements or 3 months payslips.
- Providing consent for checks required to assess your application (e.g., credit check).
4. Application Process
When you apply, you will be asked to provide:
- Loan amount selection and next salary date.
- Your ID number and related information.
- Consent to a credit bureau check (where applicable).
- Monthly expenses and affordability details.
- Banking details for disbursement and repayments.
- Supporting documents (bank statements and/or payslips).
We may request additional information or documents to verify details and reduce fraud risk.
5. Credit Checks, Verification & Consent
By ticking the consent checkbox during the application process, you authorise us (and our service providers) to conduct verification steps and, where applicable, perform a credit bureau check to assess your application.
If you do not provide consent, we may be unable to process your application.
6. Pricing, Fees, Interest & Disclosures
Loan pricing may include interest, fees, and other lawful charges. The total repayment amount will depend on the amount borrowed and applicable charges shown during your application.

- All pricing must comply with applicable South African laws and regulations.
7. DebiCheck / Mandate Authorisation
Where applicable, we may use mandate authorisation (such as DebiCheck) to confirm your agreement to debit your account for repayments. This helps reduce unauthorised debits and supports reliable collections.
If mandate authorisation fails, your application may be declined or your loan may not be disbursed.
8. Repayments
If your loan is approved and disbursed, you agree to repay the total repayment amount on the agreed repayment date(s), typically aligned with your salary date.
- Late or missed repayments may result in additional lawful charges, collections actions, or reporting to credit bureaus (where applicable).
- You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your account for debits.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
- You must not submit false documents or impersonate another person.
- You must keep your login credentials confidential.
- You must notify us of any unauthorised account access or suspicious activity.

11. Website Use & Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
